That's right-- it was "weed hopper"! I always get confused cuz I think that E&L actually mixed it up. I'm pretty sure that the phrase Raphael wants Splinter to say is "You have done well, grasshopper," because that's what Kwai Chang Caine's sensei called him in the TV series "Kung Fu", which has to be what that reference is.
