Welcome to the Inner Sanctum
This journal is brand new, so I may as well make a virgin post. I will eventually start putting up some fan fiction I wouldn't trust in the hands of FF.net. It won't be too much longer, but first, I want to be FAIRLY happy with what I have on it. In the meantime, yes, this is me, Tori Angeli, and contrary to what my pen name might make you think, I don't write Mary Sues. It's a name I made up and liked. The character it originally went with was a whore. Trashy. I hated her. But I liked her name. So now it's not her name, it's mine.
I write exclusively for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. My favorites are Mike and Raph (my personality is much like Mike's, actually), but I do love Don and Leo is growing on me. I'm also PhoenyxRider on Youtube, so I do a little vidding as well (not much up right now, but I have projects), although vidding is like poetry--everyone thinks they can do it, few actually can (in other words, I'm not that great).
The reason this journal exists is because I got talked into something by the illustrious but evil Aubretia Lycania. I got talked into writing an alternate outcome of a violent scene in the fic "Eighteen Minutes" (a grittier fic than I'd ever written at that point). After she nagged me about it for a bit, I started envisioning the very beginning--after the rescue of a character from a hostage situation--and it snowballed. But I realized that, in order to convey the grittiness I wanted, I would have to write slightly graphic, although not super-explicit, violent, non-consensual...something. Adult situation. Not porn, because I will never write porn, but it is not easy to read in an emotional sense (so I have been told by Kay the Cricketed, an author who is much better at torturing characters than I am). I figured it wouldn't be anything I would want to be known for as an author, but I gotta feed the bunny, so I put up this journal for it and any other fic that might be too dark for FF.net. At any rate, that particular piece of fiction will make its appearance soon enough, after I think of a title for it other than "Flashlight Fic" or "FLF."
I'm rambling because I know no one besides Kyt knows this journal exists, and spamming her friends list would make me happy. Hi, Kyt!
